Southwest Police Motorcycle Training Competition - April 19-20, 2013
Due to the overwhelming response, SPMTC 2013 has reached the maximum number of competitors. However, we are keeping a waiting list in case there are cancellations. To put your name on a waiting list, or if you have any questions, contact Sergeant Mary Kay Slyter at (520) 837-7250.
The Tucson Police Department is proud to be hosting the 17th Annual Southwest Police Motorcycle Training Competition (SPMTC). This event is an opportunity for Police Motorcycle officers from around the country to get together to share training ideas and promote quality Motorcycle Officer Training. SPMTC is a fundraiser for Law Enforcement Torch Run / Special Olympics Arizona.
This year’s event will be held at Park Place Mall, 5870 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ. Friday, April 19 is the practice day and Saturday, April 20 will be the competition. Activities both days will start at approximately 7:00 AM and conclude around 4:00 PM.
